After dropping three NJCAA Region 16 games in a row, the Falcons were trying to return back to early season form against Missouri Valley JV. The Falcons did just that by winning 8-0 over the Vikings in Marshall, MO. A quick strike by Joel Konteh on an assist from Leonard Sowa proved to be the game winner. Gregorio Gros Jacques recorded his 3rd shutout of the season.

The Falcons will conclude the regular season in Kansas City this coming weekend. ECC will face their last NJCAA Region 16 opponent in Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City on Friday, Oct. 12 and Rockhurst University JV on Saturday, Oct. 13. The NJCAA Region 16 Tournament will start on Saturday, Oct. 20.
