ECC Volleyball improved their season record to 4-1 with an away win over John Wood Community College by scores of 25-18, 25-10, 25-15. The Falcons were able to win in three straight sets for the fourth time this season. Both of their victories over John Wood have come in convincing fashion with a dominant attack led by Symantha Fredrick, who had ten kills in the match. ECC was paced defensively by Kaley Roper who registered a season high 27 digs. Another player with a good defensive game was Mariah Vahlkamp with 11 digs. Jessica Kelly and Samantha Staab held their ground with a number of key blocks against the Blazers.
