The ECC Baseball Falcons (7-1) elevated their game by taking two out of three games on an away trip to Oklahoma over the Northern Oklahoma College- Enid Jets. The third game went down to the ninth inning as the Falcons were able to battle to get a 9-7 win.

The Falcons found themselves trailing 3-0 after a Jets three-run homer in the first and trailed by as many as 4 runs to then start the comeback.

A productive fifth inning cut the score to 4-2 on a Jose Alfonso double with two runners in scoring position. Matis Crouwel then popped a three-run shot over the fence in the sixth inning to give ECC a 6-4 lead.

Both Crouwel and Alfonso went 2-5 on the day, Crouwel collecting 3 RBI and Alfonso 2 RBI in the nine-inning affair. Nick Hopper had a nice 2 RBI hit on the day batting eighth for the Falcons.

A controversial call in the 7th inning was overturned as DeVon Jennings was called out a first and then the home plate umpire overruled the 2nd base umpire to call him safe giving ECC an 8-7 lead by driving in a run.

Jack Meyer got the start on the hill for ECC going three and two-thirds innings. Keagon Lawlor earned the win for the Falcons pitching two innings. Adam DeBoer and Joey Reichmuth came in relief to secure the victory for ECC.
