East Central College hired Luke Miller to take flight leading the Falcons on the baseball diamond. Coach Miller is originally from Ste. Genevieve, Missouri where he prepped and played high school baseball. Coach Miller also played collegiately at St. Louis Community College, Harris-Stowe State University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Missouri- St. Louis in Liberal Arts with a minor in Psychology.

Coach Miller has served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at St. Charles Community College for the past 6 years. His primary duties were with hitters and outfielders. During his tenure at St. Charles over 20 individual and team offensive program records were broken. Miller’s run as an assistant ended up with one the school’s best seasons with a 37-17 record and a Missouri Community College Athletic Conference championship in 2024.

Miller has also served the past 11 years as a select baseball coach in the St. Louis area, spending the past 6 years with the Adidas Athletics. Miller’s head coaching record stands at 321-90 in those 11 seasons with various age groups, but most recently work with the U-18 Athletics team.

Miller has also contributed to sending over 300 players to the collegiate level. Between St. Charles CC and the Adidas Athletics, over 100 players coached by Miller were recruited to the NJCAA DI level, along with coaching 4 MLB draft picks along the way.

Remarkable milestones are on the horizon for the Falcons as Coach Miller imprints his style of play and recruiting touch for the Falcons as they enter their fourth year back in the NJCAA since the program was reinstated in 2022.
