The Falcons (15-3) were able to win both games of a double header over the Lincoln University JV Blue Tigers. ECC won the games by 8-3 and 9-6 scores with offense provided throughout the lineup. Eve Sandoval led the team in the first game with three RBIs. Meredith Blakemore went 3 for 4 with a double and two singles. Ryleigh Long, Avery Little, Genevieve Beacom all collected an RBI each. Loren Thurmon had two hits on the day as well.
Abrea Simmons earned the win for the Falcons striking out seven batters.
The Falcons had to make a comeback in the second came finally finishing in the win column with a 9-6 win. Avery Little and Genevieve Beacom had a productive second game both driving in two runs. Beacom went 3 or 5. Maggie Stubenrauch had multiple hits and stole two bases. Megan Hawkins came into the game in relief for Addyson Steele to earn the win from the circle for the Falcons.
