ECC Softball (18-6) put together two convincing wins over the Central Methodist JV Eagles. ECC won the first game 9-0 and the second game was a 7 -inning contest with the Falcons winning 7-2.
Sam Kozlowski led the Falcons in the first game with three RBI on a big double. Genevieve Beacom went 3 for 3 hitting on the day. Abrea Simmons earned the win striking out three batters and Megan Hawkins came in relief striking out two batters.
In the second game of the double header, Meredith Blakemore went 3 for 4 driving in two runs. Loren Thurmon and Genevieve Beacom both collected multiple hits in the game. Addyson Steele earned the win for the Falcons striking out six batters. Hawkins came in relief again to get the save.
