Jessica EichholzThe Falcons (11-13) have extended their win streak to six games in a row. Coach Brad Wallach has the team flying high with a solid batting line-up. East Central turned up the offensive power and belted four home runs on the day and downed Meramec 14-5 and 8-7.
Jessica Eichholz led the charge against her former team from the mound and at the plate. Jessica hit two home runs and had six RBI’s on the day as well as collecting the victory in the first game. Sam Kleekamp and Meghan Rumley also had shots leave the park against the Magic. Addie Blankenship, Lisa Stout, Sam Zumsteg and Jill Griffin all collected multiple hits on the day. Kasilda Miller was able to secure her third win of the season pitching for ECC. The excitement continues as the Falcons hope to continue their winning ways with games against Missouri Valley and Kishwaukee over the weekend.
