Coach Brad Wallach stated, “The team is playing the best they have all year. I am excited about the run to the regional tournament over the next two weeks.” Jill Griffin knocked out her sixth home run of the season. Both Jill and Dacey Hassey are in the top 30 in the NJCAA with over 35 RBIs on the season. Dacey Hassey leads the team in batting percentage at .536 and is #10 in the NJCAA. Another great day at the plate was spearheaded by Dacey going 5 for 8 on the day. Samantha Juergens and Sarah Benton picked up the victories in one of the best team pitching performances of the year.
