The Falcons (25-5) finished off the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in a quick match 25-17, 25-10, 25-17. East Central was down early in the first game and then never trailed during the entire match. Nicole Mannino hit .727 and recorded one of her best attacking matches of the season. Stephanie Heim returned to early season form and had a great performance from the outside hitter position. The play of the game was a diving defensive dig by Jamie Murray. Jamie dove out and made a 'pancake' dig to rally the Falcons and win the point. Coach Bruns felt the team had one of their more complete matches. The only downside of the match was a severe ankle sprain to Amber Locke.
