Getting involved in the community is a key mission for the East Central College soccer team. For the second consecutive year, the soccer players volunteered to help with the Special Olympics on April 27 at Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis County. The ECC Falcon soccer players were paired up with event participants, going from event to event with their buddies.

FALCONS HEAD DEEP INTO POST SEASON

The Falcons are ranked #20 in the latest NJCAA National Poll and are 21-14 on the season heading into the District J Playoff. ECC will face the Murray State College Aggies in Tishomingo, Oklahoma in a best two out three series with the winner advancing to the NJCAA DII Softball National Tournament.

Kris Garcia Signs with Falcons

Kris Garcia is the second midfielder from Dallas, Texas who has signed
a letter of intent to play with the ECC Falcon soccer team. Garcia, from Garland High School, joins Adrian Salazar who recently signed with ECC. Both players also are members of FC Dallas ’95 Boys Premier, which is associated with the MLS professional team, FC Dallas. His FC Dallas Premier team won the Dallas Cup qualifier for the past three seasons.
